Established in 1997, Varro Building Materials (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers of high-end sanitary ware in China. Specifically, our main products include bathroom sinks, faucets, lavatories and urinals. Most of our products have been listed with UPC of IAPMO. Furthermore, we are very specialized in producing decorative porcelain in the second firing, for special decorative and permanent effect.

Varro is a wholly-owned company of Pan Star Holdings Ltd., which is a Hong Kong company held by a number of private investors, including Varro's Chief Executive, Charles Wai-Chung Chuk, who owns the majority interest. We own and operate a manufacturing plant in Suzhou City, China, with an annual production capacity of 150,000 pieces.

The new factory with planned capacity of 400,000 pieces each year is under construction in Wuxi City, and will be completed in the second quarter of 2006. Currently, our "Varro" brand products are selling well in the domestic market, and have a presence in several major Chinese cities, either through owned outlets or distributors and agents.

Varro also derives substantial revenue from its export business. Most of our products are exported to the United States, as well as to some famous clients in Mexico, Italy, Australia, South Korea, Japan, India, and Russia.

Since the beginning of 1997, our mission has been, and continues to be, "providing world-class sanitary ware". Firing in a more than 1,250-centi-degree environment makes our products highly vitreous and intensive, with the absorption rate less than 0.5%, which is much lower than the average rate of 1% in China. To meet the tastes of customers that pursue excellence, we have some of our white products decorated beautifully and artistically at the second firing stage.

Our focus on research and development since 1997 has resulted in a product line of quality design and functionality comparable to major international brands. Furthermore, since 2002, we have had our first set of products listed with UPC of IAPMO, which is a world-wide authoritative quality certification of sanitary ware. Since then, all our new products must be sent to IAPMO for UPC listing. Up to the year of 2005, more than 90% of our product range has been listed with UPC.
